Music Icon Dionne Warwick to Grace the Edgewater E Center Stage This September

Laughlin, Nev. – (May 31, 2022) – Known for her legendary vocals, GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award winner Dionne Warwick, will captivate fans with a performance showcasing her scintillating, soothing and sensual voice at Edgewater Casino Resort’s E Center on Saturday, Sept. 24.  

A five-time GRAMMY award-winning musical legend, Dionne Warwick has become a cornerstone of American pop music. Known as the artist who “bridged the gap,” her soulful blend of pop, gospel and R&B music has transcended race, culture and musical boundaries. Warwick has established herself as an international pop culture icon with more than 75 charted hit songs and more than 100 million records sold. Popular songs include “I’ll Never Fall in Love Again,” “A House is Not a Home,” “Walk on By” and many more. In 1968, she became the first solo African American artist to sing before the Queen of England, and since then has performed for kings, queens, presidents and heads of state. Always one to give back, Warwick’s 1985 landmark song “That’s What Friends Are For” became a number one hit single around the world and the first recording dedicated to raising awareness of AIDS in support of AMFAR, which raised a total of $3 million for the cause. In 2019, Warwick received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, among many other notable accomplishments and accolades throughout her career.
