Edgewater’s E Center to Host Legendary Musicians The Marshall Tucker Band and Clint Black

January 18, 2022

Laughlin, Nevada – (Jan. 18, 2022) – Edgewater Casino Resort’s E Center continues to add to its star-studded concert schedule of performances. The Marshall Tucker Band, who helped establish the Southern rock genre, will take the stage on Saturday, June 4; followed by award-winning country icon Clint Black on Saturday, July 9. Tickets will go on sale starting Friday, Jan. 21.

The Marshall Tucker Band came together as a six-piece outfit in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1972 and they’ve been in tune with tearing it up on live stages both big and small across the globe ever since. The band’s mighty music catalog, consisting of more than 20 studio albums and a score of live releases, has racked up multi-platinum album sales many times over. Lead singer Doug Gray sees no end to the road that lies ahead for The Marshall Tucker Band, whose legacy is being carried forward by the man himself and his current bandmates, drummer B.B. Borden; bassist and vocalist Ryan Ware; keyboardist, saxophonist, flutist and vocalist Marcus James Henderson; guitarist and vocalist Chris Hicks; and guitarist and vocalist Rick Willis.

Influential to many country artists, Black has cemented his place as a country music icon with 22 singles that have earned the No. 1 spot on the Billboard country music charts and nearly two dozen gold and platinum album awards. The GRAMMY Award-winning superstar began performing in Texas nightclubs and coffee shops and has since earned a spot on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame with his unique, yet traditional, country sound. Having sold more than 20 million records throughout his successful career, he has won numerous accolades from the Academy of Country Music, including Best Album, Best Single and Best Male Vocalist; and the highly coveted Songwriter/Artist of the Year Award from The Nashville Songwriters Association International.

Tickets will go on sale to the public beginning at 10 a.m. PT on Friday, Jan 21. True Rewards Players Club members will have exclusive access to purchase presale tickets from 10 a.m. PT on Wednesday, Jan. 19 through Thursday, Jan. 20 at 9:59 a.m. PT.
