HOTEL CHECK-IN: time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.
For guests arriving early, luggage may be checked into the Bell Desk area until the guest’s room is ready.
Edgewater has full amenities in suites, including velour robes for use during your stay, coffee maker, refrigerator, wet bar or dining area, complimentary bath products, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guests in standard rooms may borrow hair dryers and irons/ironing boards from housekeeping.
ADA ROOMS: Edgewater has a number of ADA compliant rooms. These rooms are located near elevators and feature special bathroom facilities.
TDD telephones are available upon request.
COMPUTER ACCOMMODATIONS: HIGH SPEED INTERNET is available in every room. Dataports for land line access are also available from housekeeping for guests who have access numbers to local servers or toll-free server numbers.
SWIMMING POOL:
The Pool is heated to 80 degrees, spa is 102. 6 am to 10 pm: open to all ages. No lifeguard on duty.
FITNESS ROOM : Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., use of the room is free to Edgewater’s adult registered guests (must be 18 or older).
SALON: is open from Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6 pm. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Salon services include spa pedicures, spa manicures, facials, acrylic nails, waxing, perms, cuts, styles and color.
PARTIES/REUNIONS/WEDDINGS/CATERING:
Edgewater provides full catering services to guests wanting to have an event at our property. Call 1-800-677-4837 for details.
ARRANGING A SPECIAL STAY FOR SOMEONE AT Edgewater: Please call 1-800-677-4837 to find out how you can pay in advance for someone’s special vacation at Edgewater.
SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM LAUGHLIN/BULLHEAD CITY AIRPORT:
Shuttle service from the airport is free and available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Upon arrival at the airport, please pick up Edgewater’s courtesy telephone and let our Bell Service know you would like transportation to Edgewater.
RENTAL CARS: Edgewater does not have car rental agencies on property. There are, however, Enterprise, Hertz and Avis rental agencies at the Airport. Our shuttle driver will be more than happy to get them over there.
OXYGEN: Guests will need to arrange the delivery. The companies deliver to the Bell Desk, and they hold it until the guest arrives. Then they can deliver the oxygen to their rooms. Bell Desk can provide the telephone numbers of the local companies that deliver oxygen to our property. Call 1-800-677-4837and ask for the Bell Desk.
WHEELCHAIRS: Edgewater supplies wheelchairs free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis for the duration of your stay. To retain a chair (which you need to do upon arrival—cannot be done in advance), the Bell Desk will make a copy of your driver’s license and give you back your original. In the event that no chairs are available (this does not happen very often), you may rent from a business in Bullhead City. The Bell Desk can provide the telephone number of the business where you can rent wheelchairs and electric scooters. Call 1-800-677-4837and ask for the Bell Desk.
TELEPHONE CALLS: Local calls are free. If your internet access is an 800 number, there is a $1.00 flat charge. If the number is long distance, toll charges apply. If your provider has access in Las Vegas, the call is free. (Las Vegas is a local call from Edgewater.)
FAX SERVICE: $2.00 first page and $1.00 each page after, both sending and receiving.
LOST ITEMS: To recover items you have forgotten at Edgewater, can call 1-800-538-5634, or email us at ewinfo@cb-ew.com. The Lost & Found Department is open Saturday through Wednesday from 8 am. to 4 p.m. Guests in-house may dial the Lost & Found room at ext. 3614. After hours, they may call the 800 number and leave a message, or call 1-800-677-4837 and ask for Security. They can check the Lost & Found room for missing items.
DRY-CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES: Available to guests through the Bell Desk Monday through Saturday (items dropped off on Saturday may not be picked up until Monday). Guests simply bring items requiring dry cleaning to the Bell Desk. Dry cleaning is charged to guests’ room/credit card.
ROLLAWAY BEDS AND REFRIGERATORS: Available to guests for an additional charge. ($7 per day for rollaways, $7 per day for refrigerators). Available on a first-come, first served basis at check-in. Guests requiring refrigeration for medication: please advise reservations agent when making reservation.)
SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES : The casino cage has safe deposit boxes available to our hotel guests.
GLOBAL CASH ACCESS: For customer convenience GCA kiosks are placed throughout the casino floor; complete the transaction and receive your funds at the Casino Cage.
FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGE: The Casino Cage exchanges foreign currency from Canada, Switzerland and England as well as Euros.
LINES OF CREDIT/CHECK CASHING: Visit the Casino Cage to set up lines of credit and/or check cashing privileges.
COIN AND TICKET REDEMPTION: Cash in your winnings at the Casino Cage!
PETS: We love our pets! However, company policy is non-pet, there are local kennels and pet sitter services available.
CHILDREN: Edgewater features an arcade for the amusement of guests’ children, as well as a swimming pool and a sandy beach. Please be aware that neither the beach nor the pool has a lifeguard. In addition, arcade attendants are not responsible for children left unattended in the arcade. Children should not be left unattended on the property. A curfew law is in effect in Laughlin year-round.
NEVADA STATE GAMING LAWS: regulate the presence of children in gaming areas. Specifically, minors may not loiter in or around any room or area where gaming activity
is being conducted.
Minors (under age of 21) are prohibited from playing, placing wagers at, or collect winnings from any gambling game, slot machine, race book, sport pool or Pari-Mutuel operator.
RV DRY CAMPING: We love our RV guests! Unfortunately, due to Clark County Health Department requirements, Edgewater cannot get necessary permits for RV Dry Camping. Consequently, we can not allow guests to stay in their RVs overnight. We can, however, allow the RV to remain parked in the lot while the guests are occupying a hotel room, or the guest may move the RV to our upper parking lot. The upper parking lot has 24-hour security and bus service to our property.
BOAT FACILITIES: Edgewater does not have a ramp or slips for boats. However, we can accommodate parking for your vehicle and boat. We have limited parking in the casino/hotel parking lot for boats and vehicles, (which fills up very quickly on Friday and Saturday nights). We also have an overflow lot near our property with 24-hour shuttle service to the hotel/casino for our registered guests.
NEVADA GAMING LAW prevents PBX operators from ringing the Sports Book.
Winning Sports Book tickets are good for 120 days after the date of the game.
REDEEMING GAMING VOUCHERS by mail: The Controller’s Office can redeem your ticket-in/ticket out gaming voucher, Keno ticket and Sports Book tickets and send a check to you for the voucher amount. Send the voucher to:
